The Hub can really save you time as you avoid jumping around to different applications to find clues. Just log on to The Hub, and you’re ready for business.

To save clues

Use the Hub to consolidate all the contact information you have gathered in one place.

  1. Log in to The Hub.
  2. Go to the left column and then click Clients.
  3. Click New customer. The Create new customer screen display.
  4. Of the Customer type drop-down list, select Leadand then enter the remaining information.
  5. Click Save.

To see clues

Log in to The Hub and view your clues and move them next to your sales funnel.

  1. Log in to The Hub.
  2. Go to the left column and then click Clients.
  3. Click Lead.

To convert clues

  1. Once you’ve converted a lead, add it to the rest of your customers in The Hub.
  2. Log in to The Hub.
  3. Go to the left column and then click Clients.
  4. Click Lead.
  5. Navigate to the clue you want to convert, then select from the three-way menu Activate client. The Enable client modal display.
  6. Click Activate.
